House Rules
Rental Agreement Required Guests are required to review and agree to our short-term rental agreement. The agreement confirms the house rules, resort rules, 25+ booking guest requirement, no-pet resort policy, occupancy limit, parking/wristband responsibilities, checkout expectations, and guest responsibility for damages, missing items, resort fines, or excessive cleaning.
Other Details to Note
A required $98 resort registration fee is included in your booking total and covers up to 8 wristbands and one reserved parking pass for the length of your stay. This is a one-time fee per stay, not a nightly fee. You will not pay this again at arrival. *For any existing reservations made before 5/27/26, your resort fee has been covered as part of our new launch. For all future reservations, this fee is included as part of your booking and will continue to be handled by us as your hosts. Please note: An interior and exterior restoration project is underway at Shores of Panama through Summer 2026. Guests may notice intermittent noise or activity on-site.

Guests can walk to nearby restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beach activities, while Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St. Andrews State Park, and family-friendly attractions are just a short drive away. The area has a lively beach-resort vibe with plenty to do, but the condo itself offers a relaxing Gulf-front retreat when guests are ready to unwind. Whether visitors are coming for beach days, pool time, dining, nightlife, or a family vacation, this central PCB location makes it easy to enjoy it all.
Guest Access
Guests will have full private access to the entire condo. Guests may also use Shores of Panama resort amenities, subject to resort rules, seasonal hours, availability, and any required resort wristbands or parking passes. Owner closets, locked storage areas, and building staff/service areas are not available for guest use. Guests are expected to follow all Shores of Panama HOA, resort, pool, beach, parking, and quiet-hour rules during their stay.

Shores of Panama is centrally located and walkable to the beach, Pineapple Willy’s, restaurants, shops, and nearby entertainment. A car is recommended for exploring Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island, and grocery stores, though Uber/Lyft and local Bayway transit are also available in the PCB area.
